Account Deactivation Form

Game: Unearthed Stories

1. Complete the below Account Deactivation Form, stating: stating the OAuth provider (such as Google Play) you used to log in, the nickname, and email associated to it. We cannot proceed if this information is incorrect or incomplete.

2. Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and information from our active databases within 3 months of receiving a complete request. The following information will be retained in our databases to prevent fraud and privacy, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements:

   • The original OAuth Provider Name, the email and user ID associated to the account.
   • The trace of purchased (active or refunded) in-app products.
   • Game files, such as the progress through the different stories, cannot be deleted via this request form. Instead, they must be deleted by the user themself through the corresponding Store’s functionalities (e.g., Google Play’s Data Deletion). Prowess Games is not responsible for the deletion of this data.

3. After the deactivation is complete you will no longer be able to log into Unearthed Stories. Personal and/or billing information is not stored in our servers, but may remain active within the servers of the third-party providers you used (See: Privacy Policy, Section 1.1.)

This form is only valid for accounts on the game Unearthed Stories. Submissions pertaining to other games will not be actioned.
